Track My Transit - DC

A simple and intuitive public transit webOS app for the Washington D.C. region.





Track My Transit - DC makes use of GPS trackers on DC-Circulator buses and retrieves prediction data directly from the WMATA data feeds to give you an accurate prediction for when your next transit will arrive your stop.


We designed the interface simple and intuitive to give you the information you need really fast!

Note: The WMATA Metro Bus lines are currently not supported, since there is no official prediction data available.

Realtime Predictions:

Never miss a train or a bus! Track My Transit - DC gets the data from GPS signals installed in the DC-Circulator busses (powered by Nextbus) to provide you with realtime data. For the Metro Rail the data is directly provided from 





Fast find:

We included a feature called "Type to search".
If you're in a station/stop list, simply start typing a few letters that are included in the name of the station you are looking for and you get instantly the stations in a list.





Find Nearby stops:

Never walk to far to go to the next stop. Our stopfinder shows the nearest stations to your current location with the distance. You can also open up a map to see the stations near you.

  • Favorites:
Simply store your most used stations as a favorite in Track My Transit - DC. You can quick access this stations from the main menu to save you some taps.

  • Station map:
We included the WMATA station map, so you can look on this map to quickly get an overview of your next trip. The map is complete zoomable and scrollable!
